I would definitely recommend UCSD over UCLA for Cog Sci especially for human interaction and design there’s a lot more class options at UCSD just way more opportunities in terms of hands on learning they also have one of the top Cog Sci programs in the nation so no doubt UCSD is your best bet. 6..
