I just got the iPhone two days ago and am trying to set up my Comcast email, but having some difficulty. I've gone online and tried all the recommended steps, like incoming mail server "mail.comcast.net" and SMTP as "smtp.comcast.net," the server port at 995 and Use SSL on, and SMTP server at 589 eiyh SSL on. But still I am not …She can receive emails but she can't sent them. The outgoing mail server SMTP account says comcast out (offline). Her user name and password are correct, the host name is smtp.comcast.net and we have checked automatically manage connection settings. Any idea why she can't send comcast emails through her mac mail?
